It is advisable to bring at least a change of footwear,socks etc and clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy, even under the coveralls. Jogging pants or similar and a t-shirt are suitable for wearing under our suits. Gloves are advisable, especially in winter.
Sturdy trainers or boots are advised, no sandals or similar are permitted.
Bookings are not valid until a deposit has been paid or written acceptance in the form of a contract has been received.
Deposits are non refundable. Should you need to reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 7 days notice and your deposit may, at our descretion, be transferred to the new date. Cancellation will forfeit your deposit. In the case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the event, full immediate payment will become due.
In extreme circumstances, such as illness and injury, that prevent the event taking place and occur within the 7 days prior to the booking, then we may require proof, such as a medical certificate or sick note. This will enable us to reschedule the event at a mutually convenient date. We also reserve the right in some circumstances to ask for full payment up front. These payments will be treated as your deposit and will be non refundable. This is to protect our business and ensure the best possible quality of service for all our customers.
This is an outdoor activity and as such we are subject to weather conditions & other external factors.
Should the management have any safety or welfare concerns for the players, staff or equipment then we reserve the right to pause, delay or reschedule the session. No correspondence will be entered into and no financial compensation will be offered. You do have our reassurance though that this situation is extremely rare and is for the benefit of all concerned. We cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control.
Misbehaviour and misuse of the equipment may result in immediate removal of those involved from site.
Wilful damage may result in BFL Pennine Ltd seeking compensation for breakage and loss of revenue.
